I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with beautiful views of the cliffs from my own terrace. The room, while clean and spacious, lacked some comfort elements. Overall, it was a comfortable experience with stunning views.
The hotel offers stunning views of the volcano Teide and ensures a high standard of cleanliness with daily room servicing. The breathtaking views day and night are outstanding, although a bit more lighting would enhance the experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms felt dated and dark with a humid atmosphere, which was less than ideal, especially for a late check-out we paid for. However, the service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The location, although far from the city center, was beautiful and peaceful. The dining options were decent but slightly limited. Overall, there were areas that could be improved, but it was a pleasant stay.
